The gym focuses on teaching the basics of Muay Thai to first time visitors. This includes basic punches, knees, elbows, footwork and defences. They will also build up the foundation of cardiovascular strength and fitness needed in Muay Thai.

The sparring session is focused on Muay Thai, controlled on correcting techniques while students wear protective equipment and supervised by trainers. They won’t just help you in mobility and training, skipping, shadow boxing or proper stance, but they’ll teach you how to become a champion not only inside the Muay Thai ring but in life.

Lukphinong is perfect for kids and adults. Whether you’re looking for kid’s classes or adult Thai boxing programs, they’ve got you covered. They are open 5 am to 9 pm on Monday to Friday with friendly staff and students to take care of you during your stay. They have a family yard which is very conducive for training.
