QUEENSLAND

In QLD, this weekend showcased the JWP Tomorrow’s Champions and Siam Cup featuring a few of our NRF fighters. Here’s how they went:

Jasmine “Princess” Parr won her fight on spilt points and is now your current Siam Cup Australian Champion! Well done Jazzy- we are super proud of you!

I am so stoked to be announced the new Siam cup Australian champion? I can’t thank everyone enough for the love and support ❤️ it was a close and hard fight last night getting the win with a split point decision ?? I definitely have a lot to work on but I am determined to continue training hard and living my dream.” ~ Jasmine “Princess” Parr

Julia “Killa” Whale won her first fight this weekend in the Siam Cup. Well done “Killa” on making a fantastic start to your fight career.

Kyl Juler got a win fighting at 68kg in what was an awesome battle dominated by knees. Fantastic efforts Kyl!

Tonight was the first night for me to step into the ring, the outcome wasn’t what I wanted, but the experience and feeling like no other of jumping over those ropes for the first time way overrides the outcome.. Danté “The Destroyer” Rodriguez won his war 40 seconds in with a KO to his much older opponent.  What a result Danté!

Corey “The Nightmare” Nicholson had a boxing bout over the weekend and took out a win gaining himself the South East QLD title. Such an awesome result for the ‘The Nightmare’. Well done!

Yesterday I won the south east qld boxing title and achieved a goal I set myself a few weeks back of 2 fights, 2 titles, 6 days, 2 different weights and 2 different sports. ~Corey “The Nightmare” Nicholson

THAILAND

Eddie “Fighting'” Farrell fought on Sunday in Thailand with a draw against a Thai fighter with three times the fight experience than Eddie. Epic fight Eddie!

Got a draw on Max Muay Thai on Sunday, was a tough elbow war against Buangen! He dropped me in the first with a solid knee and then I came back and dropped him twice in the 2nd with elbows and a pretty even 3rd round so not too fussed with the result. ” ~ Eddie “Fighting” Farrell
