Well done to NRF member Carly “Cupcake” Gangell who had a win and came away with the IKBF Commonwealth Title.

This belt represents a lot more than just a title (as it always does), but a reminder of all the hurdles & sacrifices I’ve overcome over the past 6 months to continue in the sport I love.
