CENTRAL QUEENSLAND

Huge congrats to DANIEL COOK, who got the W on the weekend. His game plan and techniques are perfectly executed.  After 4 years out of the ring and surgery, it’s been a long road to recovery and the hard work has paid off. Awesome work, Daniel!

Another awesome win for LUKE JONES! He fought in two consecutive weeks, winning two belts in a row! You are a beast!

“Double Veteran Title holder Luke Jones who has backed up 2 title fights a week apart. What an Elite performance!” ~ Elite MMA

The new ABC South QLD Champion JACKSON ROBERTSON. He got the win by split points decision against a tough opponent in a 3×2 mins Junior 60kg Boxing fight. Putting on a solid performance. Great work Jackson!

ISABELLA WALTON had an exhibition K1 bout, doing herself and her team proud, showing great sportsmanship.

“Isabella did an exhibition bout, seen here with fantastic support from her former mentors.” ~ Elite Thai Kickboxing & MMA

A great exhibition fight by JUDAH JONES. He contested against someone from his own gym, jumping over the ropes on one week notice to give his teammate an opportunity to fight. There was no winner declared since it was an exhibition, but it’s great for Judah to get in there so both fighters get a chance to get some ring experience.

ADELAIDE

TANDIA SINGLETON (QLD) flew down to South Australia on the weekend, she fought a nonstop action-packed fight and after 5 close rounds, Tandy came away with a loss by split decision. This fight was definitely a great battle. Good work Tandy!

“3000kms from home this girl put on her best performance so far. 5×2 rounds no padding! We have a legitimate leg chopper on our hands” ~ Black Dog Muay Thai

Proud is an understatement! MIRANDA STARR did an amazing job on the weekend. Travelling from her home town Cairns, to Adelaide, Miranda was excited for her first interstate fight!  Coming away loss in this fight.

A fantastic effort and dedication by AMY GLENNON, also hailing from QLD, she was able to have a taste of her first interstate fight.  Unfortunately she lost by split decision in her fight in a close battle.  Amy is up again Oct 30th on Infliction Muay Thai on the Gold Coast!

CONNER LIDDLE had his 3rd fight – this time a Full Thai Rules bout.  Connor put on a tough fight, showing Adelaide his skills, unfortunately no chocolates this time around, coming away with a loss.   We look forward to seeing Conner on the next one.

“Was lucky to get Conner Liddle on the card for his 3rd Muaythai this being his first Full thai rules fight. Put on a great display of Muaythai and heart, showcasing some good skills, just not coming away with the W but huge learning opportunity. Thank you to Josh for being our second in the Corner.” ~ Justin Fennell
