“I F**** DID IT!! FIRST EVER XFC FEMALE FEATHERWEIGHT CHAMPION 💜” – Jamie Edenden

KINGAROY

KAROLYN “KRAZY KARO” KLEINHAAR won and is now the ISKA K1 Queensland Title Holder.  She took on fellow NRF fighter HANNAH DALBY at Caged Combat on the weekend. Both these girls are absolutely fit machines. After 5 rounds both fighters put each other to the test. We are extremely proud of the sportsmanship these warriors have shown.

Caged Combat also featured a Muay Thai fight between NRF members JACOB CHANDLER and MARCEL RAMAGE. Jacob putting on a strong performance landing a solid resulting in a ref stoppage in the first round. Marcel started out fierce and looking good to put on an exciting fight, but unfortunately it didn’t go to plan. Congratulations to Jacob and we hope to see Marcel back in the ring again soon!

JESS “THE MESS” TURNER won on points against NRF member TENYSHA FONG in a a non stop action Muay Thai fight, the crowd were right behind the girls as they pushed through the all 3 rounds. Congratulations to Jess on an aggressive win

LINCOLN “GINGE” DAVIS putting on a solid performance against NRF member ALFIE BULLOCK. We are so proud of Alfie for stepping up to take on the fight. Lincoln taking home the ISKA Junior Queensland Title belt. Well done Lincoln and Alfie and so great to see such wonderful sportsmanship after the fight by these two young warriors!

A successful weekend for JACKSON ROBERTSON, winning his K1 fight in the cage. He incredibly showed off his technique and aggression! Great work Jackson!

“Jackson done very well last night having to dig deep against a very strong and determined opponent and coming away with a points victory” – Jeffery Bullock

SOPHIE HORNER, stepped in for her first MMA fight, with experience in Muay Thai Sophie was excited to get in there and show off her newly acquired MMA skills. Unfortunately, Sophie got caught early with an arm bar and didn’t look to tap very easily showing just how resilient this young fighter is, eventually the arm bar took and finished the fight.   Sophie was in good spirits afterwards and showed true sportsmanship taking the loss as another learning point in her buddy martial arts career.  Good on ya Sophie!
