You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions (also referred to as the “Terms of Use”, “Terms of Service” or “TOS”). Your use of our service(s) implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The Website (Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) may hereafter be referred to, both individually and collectively, as “NRF”) from which you accessed this agreement is provided to you subject to the conditions listed below. These terms are in addition to any other terms that individual Website owners within the Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) may include for governing access to their Websites.

Any Non-Human Visitors to these Websites shall be considered agents of the individual(s) who controls, authors or otherwise makes use of them. Such individual(s) shall be deemed responsible for the actions of their Non-Human Visitor devices in the same manner as if they personally visited the Website.

The access rights granted to you under the Terms Of Use are non-transferable without the express written permission of the owner of Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia). You are responsible for the actions of any other person who may utilize your access rights on the Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) Website.


The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) Website(s) and all content, services and products available at or through the NRF. NRF is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other associated operating rules and policies (including, without limitation, Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) Privacy Policy).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) Website. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by the Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia), acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

Our products and services are designed to create a centralised database for the Australian combat sports industry. However, each site user must be responsible for the content of their user profile. In particular, as a gym owner/trainer, you are responsible for the accurate supply of your registered fighters fight statistics.


A special restriction on a visitor’s license to access the Website applies to all Non-Human Visitors. Non-Human Visitors include, but are not limited to, web spiders, bots, indexers, robots, crawlers, harvesters, or any other computer programs designed to access, read, compile or gather content from the Website automatically.

Email addresses on the Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) are considered proprietary intellectual property. It is recognized that these email addresses are provided for human visitors alone. Intentional collection, harvesting, gathering, and/or storing the Website’s email addresses is recognized as a violation of this agreement and expressly prohibited.


You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products or services, whether modified or unmodified. All products and services are the property of Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia). Our products and services are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our organization (or any business or individual associated with Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia)) be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or services.

Your Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) Account and Profile.

Your user account on Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and profile, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the site. You must immediately notify Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) of any unauthorized uses of your account, your account or any other breaches of security. Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

Fighters must train at a legitimate Australian Gym which will be verified by Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia). Fighter profiles will be confirmed with the fighters trainer/gym upon registration.  Should the information provided be rejected by your nominated trainer/gym, the fighters profile will stay in a status of “Pending” until confirmation has been confirmed.  Fighters membership pack will not be sent until profile has been verified. NO REFUNDS will be given for falsely provided registrations.

Responsibility of Contributors.

If you comment on the Website, post material to the Website, post links on the Website, or otherwise make (or allow any third party to make) material available by means of the Website (any such material, ‘Content’), You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content.
By submitting Content to Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) for inclusion on the Website, you grant Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your site or Content. If you delete Content and advise Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia), Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) will use reasonable efforts to remove said Content from the Website (generally within two business days), but you acknowledge that caching and/or other references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.

Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) has the right (though not the obligation) to, in Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia)’s sole discretion (i) refuse or remove any content that, in Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia)’s reasonable opinion, violates any Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia)’s policy or is in any way harmful, unlawful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of the Website to any individual or entity for any reason, in Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia)’s sole discretion. Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.

Liability Declaration, Waiver and Assumption of Risk Deed

I hereby acknowledge and understand that the Sport is a high contact sport and participation in the Sport results in the infliction of physical trauma to the body and as such is inherently dangerous.

A) In this Deed:

  1. “Claim” includes any legal proceedings, claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, expense, compensation or other liability of any description, whether present, future, contingent orunascertained;
  2. “Event” means a fight between two parties in the Sport;
  3. “FAA” means Fight Authority Australia Pty Ltd A.C.N 649 759 277 trading as Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia);
  4. NRF” means Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) 
  5. “Sport” means Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Kickboxing, K1;
  6. “Website” means www.fightauthority.com.au
  7. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

B) Each provision of this Deed is deemed to be separate and severable from the other provisions. If any of the provisions of this Deed are invalid or not enforceable, all other provisions remain valid and enforceable in accordance with their terms.
C) This Deed is to be governed and construed by the laws in your state. The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of their state. 
D) As a condition to use any of the services of NRF/FAA (including without limitation the Website), I acknowledge and agree that: 

  1. NRF/FAA are merely assisting in providing me with connections to others in the Sport for the purposes of my participation in an Event;
  2. I assume full risk for my involvement in the Sport and understand the inherent risk of being involved in a sport which involves bodily contact of which can include, without limitation, physical injury, loss of mobility or facilities, brain injury, physical or mental disability, damage to my person, paralysation which can be temporary or permanent in nature, and Death; 
  3. NRF/FAA will be relying on the information provided to me in providing their services to myself and any third parties;
  4. I fully indemnify NRF/FAA and hold indemnified NRF/FAA from any and all Claims brought against NRF/FAA in relation to my involvement in the Sport; 
  5. I warrant that all information provided to NRF/FAA (including without limitation by written correspondence, text message, email, uploading to the Website of NRF) by me or any person on my behalf (such as a trainer, coach or promotor I am affiliated with) is accurate, complete, true and correct; 
  6.  To provide the NRF/FAA with information on fights I have participated in and any sanctions, bans or reprimands I have received for involvement in the Sport or any other sport; 

  7. I must provide updated information upon any information provided to NRF/FAA by me or on my behalf becoming outdated or inaccurate. As such, I must regularly keep NRF/FAA updated on any fights I participate in, any sanctions, bans or reprimands I receive for involvement in the Sport or any changes in police records held regarding me; 
  8. That all details I have provided such as my name, address, contact phone number, date of birth is true and correct; 
  9. To supply NRF/FAA with an original of my criminal record which is less than 2 months old to NRF/FAA upon request by NRF/FAA or provide NRF/FAA with all required information, completed forms and costs so that NRF/FAA can undertake a search of criminal records; 
  10. To produce to NRF/FAA my original birth certificate and driver licence (or passport) upon Request; 
  11. To abide by all rules, instructions, policies and procedures imposed by NRF/FAA and or agents or employees of NRF relating to the use of the Website; 
  12. NRF/FAA may revoke my Website Account, remove any information I upload to the Website or remove my entire profile from the Website as deemed appropriate by NRF/FAA, if NRF/FAA determine that any information is not true and correct in its sole discretion; 
  13. NRF/FAA rely upon all participants in the Sport and their promoters, trainers and coaches providing accurate, correct and true information; 
  14.  While NRF/FAA attempt to verify information provided by users of the Website and NRF/FAA services, NRF/FAA are not to be held liable if for any reason information NRF have relied upon or passed on is inaccurate, false, misleading or incorrect;  
  15. NRF/FAA may provide services to assist with matching fighters for an Event, however NRF/FAA have no liability to me should the match suggested by NRF/FAA not be suitable;
  16. I am solely responsible for the following:
    1. Ensuring that I am of good health at the time of any Event;
    2. Complying with all legal requirements in relation to my involvement in the Sport and any Event;
    3. Obtaining any relevant medical clearances for my involvement in the Sport and any Event;
    4. Ensuring that I am competing at a level in the Sport which is suited to my level of competency;
    5. Ending my involvement in the Sport or any Event at an appropriate time to ensure my healthy, safety and wellbeing;
    6. My own safety and wellbeing;
    7. Ensuring my trainer and coach have supplied true, correct and accurate information to NRF/FAA (and update same if same becomes outdated for any reason);
    8. Ensuring I have appropriate insurances in place for my involvement in the Sport and any Event;’
    9. Complying with any rules stipulated for any Event; 

17. Provide a letter from the appropriate professional body for the Sport in any State where I have completed or participated (if one exists) detailing all information as requested by NRF/FAA; 

18. NRF/FAA do not set the rules for any Event; 

19. NRF/FAA are not responsible for verifying the competency or health of myself or other participants to participate in any Event; 

20. NRF/FAA are entitled to remuneration for any services provided to me, which shall be paid promptly on the terms of the agreement for that particular service. If I fail to ensure NRF/FAA are paid the agreed remuneration, NRF/FAA may suspend or terminate my access to the Website and any profile I have on the Website, and/or delete my profile entirely;

21. NRF/FAA are not responsible for verifying any information provided to them and I am solely responsible for verifying any information provided to NRF/FAA which is passed on by the NRF/FAA to me, my trainer or coach;

22. NRF/FAA are not medical practitioners, accordingly they will not be reviewing any personal health records or tests supplied to them prior to supplying them to the appropriate promoter or medical practitioner for an Event; 

23. NRF/FAA are not responsible for any changes made to an Event by a promoter and I must review these myself to determine if they are acceptable to me;

24. NRF/FAA are not responsible for rules, padding/equipment, financial payments agreement (purse) between participants, rounds, etc and merely act as a conduit to facilitate negotiations and assist with payments being distributed as per my instructions and those holding the Event;  

25. NRF/FAA are not responsible for my safety or my involvement in any Event;If requested by the NRF/FAA, I must provide clear written confirmation to NRF/FAA on the agreed financial payment arrangements, along with details for where payments are going for each Event.

By entering into this Deed and being involved in the Sport and any Event, I fully assume the dangers and risks of doing so in full knowledge that it is a high contact sport and has inherent dangers, and agree to use my best judgment while being involved in the Sport. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless NRF/FAA and their employees, agents, directors, from and against any and all liability incurred as a result of or in any manner related to my involvement in the Sport.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions below, you, on your own behalf and on the behalf of your heirs, successors and assigns, are granting a full and complete Waiver and Release of Liability towards and in favour of the NRF/FAA and all of their subcontractors, and all of their employees, agents, partners, successors and assigns, for any and all bodily injury or damage sustained during your involvement in the Sport or any Event by whatever cause. YOU ARE WAIVING IMPORTANT LEGAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING THIS WAIVER. YOU ARE ASSUMING THE RISK OF INJURY TO PERSON AND DEATH BY YOUR INVOLVEMENT IN THE SPORT AND ANY EVENT.

A copy of this Waiver may be given to you upon request.

I hereby certify that I am of legal age and competent to execute this Liability Declaration, Waiver and Assumption of Risk Deed, that in doing so I am doing so of my own free will and accord, voluntarily and without duress, and that I do so intending to bind myself, my executor, my heirs, and administrators or assigns to the fullest extent.

I have read and understood the foregoing and acknowledge my consent to the terms of this Liability Declaration, Waiver and Assumption of Risk Deed by signing this Deed.

I hereby voluntarily, at my own risk, sign this Liability Declaration, Waiver and Assumption of Risk Deed in sole consideration of being permitted to be involved in the Sport. 

Fees and Payment.

Standard and premium paid services are available on the Website. By selecting a paid service you agree to pay Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service for a minimum of 3 months. Payments will be charged within 48 hours from the date you sign up for a membership and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual period as indicated. All service fees are non refundable. Memberships are billed recurring until the user cancels their membership.

Monthly subscriptions which commenced prior to May 2015, will appear on your bank statement at Quickpay. Quickpay Pty Ltd are the third party direct debit service provider used by Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia).  Members must ensure they have enough funds in their bank accounts to avoid dishonour fees.  Dishonour fees are charged directly by Quickpay Pty Ltd and are non refundable by Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia). By agreeing to the Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) Terms & Conditions, members  are also agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set by Quickpay Pty Ltd, found here. All monthly subscribers MUST complete and return the Direct Debit Payment Authority Form supplied. Should members fail to return this form Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) can not be held liable for any cancellation issues that may arise. Memberships started after May 2015 will be billed by Stripe Recurring Subscriptions or PayPal Subscriptions, depending on which option you selected at the check out. Subscriptions will adhere to Stripes Terms & Conditions or PayPals Terms & Conditions

Cancellation of Membership Subscriptions

Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time once they have completed a minimum of 3 months of subscription. Cancellations can be done from within your members profile or by visiting your billing account information here or you can request cancellation in writing, via email to Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) or by calling (07) 5660 6184. Cancellations will come in to effect as of the members next scheduled monthly cycle date.

Responsibility of Website Visitors.

Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) has not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, posted to the Website, and cannot therefore be responsible for that material’s content, use or effects. By operating the Website, Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) does not represent or imply that it endorses the material there posted, or that it believes such material to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. Any user or site owner who finds content that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, or content containing technical inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, or other errors has a responsibility to report such Content to Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia). In the same way, anyone who discovers Content on the Website that contains material that violates the privacy or publicity rights, or infringes the intellectual property and other proprietary rights, of third parties, or the downloading, copying or use of which is subject to additional terms and conditions, stated or unstated, must report the same to Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia). Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from the use by visitors of the Website, or from any downloading by those visitors of content there posted.

This Agreement does not transfer from Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) to you any Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) or third party intellectual property, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia). Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia), the Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) domain, the Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia), or the Website are trademarks or registered trademarks of Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) or Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia)’s licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) or third-party trademarks.


Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new tools, services and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.


Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have a Premium or other Paid Services account, such account can only be terminated by Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within thirty (30) days from Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia)’s notice to you thereof; provided that, Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our service or other lawful reason. Additionally, a paid account may be temporarily terminated pending a determination of the facts relating to a possible breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, all provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties.

The materials on Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia)’s Website are provided ‘as is’. Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet Website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitation of Liability.

In no event will Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia), or its suppliers or licensors, or any individuals associated with those entities, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

General Representation and Warranty.

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia), its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to out of your violation of this Agreement.


Each party agrees that any suit, action or proceeding brought by such party against the other in connection with or arising from the Terms of Service (“Judicial Action”) shall be governed by the law of the state of residence of the registered Administrative Contact (the “Admin State”) for the Website as such laws are applied to agreements between Admin State residents entered into and performed entirely within the Admin State. You consent to the jurisdiction of federal and state courts within the Admin State. You consent to the venue in any action brought against him in connection with breaches of these Terms of Service. You consent to electronic service of process regarding actions under the above agreement.


You consent to having your Internet Protocol address recorded. An email address may appear immediately below (the “Identifier”) if we suspect potential abuse. The Identifier is uniquely matched to your Internet Protocol address. Visitors agree not to use this address for any reason.

Nationally Registered Fighters (Australia) may revise these Terms of Use for its Website at any time without notice. By using this Website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
