Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)
We currently ship Australia wide.
All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Queensland.
Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas)

Regional/Remote Areas: Allow up to 10 business days
Processing Times:
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. public holidays, courier delays).
Returns Policy
We understand that fighters need gear that fits right and performs. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Products must be unused, unwashedand in original packaging with tags attached

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty):

Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on eligible items (excluding shipping). You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage, but we’ll send your replacement free of charge.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

You’ll receive an email confirming your refund
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Received something faulty or not what you ordered? We’ll sort it out fast.
